O Allah! Please grant me the one
Who will be the garment for my soul
Who will satisfy half of my deen
And in doing so make me whole

Make him abundant in love and laughter
In taqwa and sincerity
In striving for the hereafter!

I am looking forward to know and meet my husband in future :p
I hope he is the best guy who follow AlQuran's and Assunnah's order as well as obey to Allah :)

I dream to get married with Ustaz :D
because I think ustaz has great character to make me feel comfort and calm me down if i feel so badly in my actions :)
and I look for someone's who has well knowledge about Islam tought us, so he can manage our "Syurga Cinta' toward Jannah,, InshaAllah :)

*but im afraid of ustaz might have one more wives.. I hope my ustaz will just take care of me and my children,, amin :)

so just get ready to solah subuhh,,
may Allah ease our way :)

what a day !

Assalamualaikum and good evening :)

just wanna shared my hectic day on last tuesday.

haiihhh *sigh

what i have done?

why this happened to me?

how can i managed it more smoothly?

where should i start it?

all the questions keep dancing in my head :(

i keep talking the story to my friends but they sure tired to listen too. *mumbling

so i told the story to my beloved mum.

just woke up at 7. got my shower , breakfast , then walked to my faculty.

attended my lecture, went to cafe, climbed upstairs, sitted in old lab,

moved to new lab, i just broke my glass lab,

while doing my cavity, i just broke my burr :'( *sabar

went downstairs n prayed,, attended another lab for prostho practical

we're under stress with the doctors,,

keep pushing us to do impression quickly.

*rasa nak nangis

i dun have glass lab, supataya, wax (sharing) so i got stuck :'(

what a day!

Alhamdulillah i can manage it well without crying in front of my friends :D

before going home, i went to basha n bought the things that have destroyed :(

when home, i slept n have study group, n we ate a lot,,haha

nice..keep pumping my tummy :D

*alhamdulillah , mesir mengajar aku erti sabar yg sangat tinggi,

  alhamdulillah, dental school mengajar aku erti kepayahan dan kesabaran yg kuat,

  alhamdulillah, kawan2 aku support aku manakala aku jatuh,

Streptococcus pneumoniae

here a story about a child who suffer the disease that caused by Streptoccus pneumoniae.
the microbacterial that I had learned in my class. they are so dangerous.

Ini adalah X-Ray bahagian dada, seorang pesakit saya beberapa bulan yang lalu. Adik ini, berusia dua bulan kalau tidak silap, dibawa ibubapanya datang ke Jabatan Kecemasan kerana nafasnya kelihatan laju.

Apa yang dihidapi adik ini, cukup singkat. Dua hari sebelumnya bermula demam, dan cuma pagi hari tersebut nafas laju. Tidak ada masalah lain. Apabila tiba di Jabatan Kecemasan, bacaan oksigen (SPO2) nya cuma 80%. Doktor menjadi hairan apabila stetoskop diletakkan di bahagian kiri dada, tidak kedengaran apa-apa. Lantas xray ini dilakukan.

Apa yang adik ini hidapi, adalah penyakit jangkitan kuman yang dinamakan "empyema". Apa yang berlaku?

Melalui xray ini, kita dapat lihat, hampir keseluruhan ruang paru-paru sebelah kiri dipenuhi dengan sesuatu, kemungkinan cecair, (dilihat berwarna putih didalam xray). Penuhnya ia, sampai ia menolak jantung adik ini yang sepatutnya di sebelah kiri, menghimpit ke sebelah kanan. Jika diperhatikan juga pada trachea (salur pernafasan), dilihat berwarna agak gelap berbentuk tiub, menyenget ke sebelah kanan dada kecilnya.

Adik ini segera dimasukkan ke wad. Tanpa berlengah lagi, prosedur chest tube insertion dilakukan. Sebuah jarum bertiub akan dicucuk dan dimasukkan ke bahagian kiri dada adik ini. Hasilnya, keluar cecair berupa nanah pekat, bagaikan teh tarik pekat, mengalir keluar dari tiub tersebut.

Selama tiga hari, adik ini dipasang chest tube. Jumlah nanah yang dikeluarkan, hampir 300ml. Hanya selepas nanah dikeluarkan, barulah adik ini semakin kurang penat, dan oksigen badannya semakin pulih.

Nanah yang keluar tersebut, dihantar ke bahagian kaji kuman, untuk mengetahui apakah bakteria punca kepada empyema adik ini.

Keputusannya mendapati, adik ini rupanya terkena jangkitan Streptococcus Pneumoniae.

"Ha, houseman mana yang dah ada anak kecil tu, baik hangpa bawak anak-anak kecik hangpa pi ambik vaksin Pneumococcal. Hangpa dah exposed kat patient S.Pneumoniae, takut nanti terbawak balik kat labcoat ke stetoscope ke, berjangkit kat anak-anak hangpa pula."

Nasihat MO kepada para houseman, apabila keputusan kajikuman telah didapati. Vaksin Pneumokokkal sememangnya sudah ada di negara kita, namun dalam bentuk optional dan tidak disubsidikan. Kekurangan bajet menyebabkan kerajaan hanya mampu memberi subsidi ke atas vaksin-vaksin lain untuk mencegah penyakit lain yang LEBIH berbahaya, termasuklah vaksin HPV yang baru diperkenalkan.

Saya tak berminat berdebat dengan anti-vaksin yang mengutuk/memboikot HPV, saya katakan meh ganti saya untuk seminggu in-charge rawatan chemotherapy, dan anda akan dapati pesakit semuda usia 30 tahun, tanpa latarbelakang kelamin yang mencurigakan, sudah dihidapi Kanser Pangkal Rahim.

Berbalik kepada vaksin Pneumococcal, buat masa ini hanya di-provide oleh swasta. Satu suntikan, RM200 kalau tak silap saya. Bagi siapa yang mampu, usahakanlah. The benefit faaaaaar outweight the cost, apatah lagi the risk.

Apa yang terjadi dengan adik berkenaan? Rawatan antibiotik dimulakan segera. Dua minggu antibiotik melalui intravena, diteruskan lagi dengan empat minggu antibiotik yang diberi melalui mulut. Itu pun, tidak ada gerenti, tiada permanent damage ke atas paru-paru anak kecil ini. Paru-parunya mungkin mengalami fibrosis, seterusnya deformed permanently, menyebabkan fungsi pernafasan kanak-kanak ini affected sepanjang hayat.

Ramai yang menolak vaksin, berbangga mengatakan "anak aku tak vaksin, sihat je."

Remember, that xray, could be your child's.

Remember, sebelum anak kecil di atas datang ke hospital, dia mungkin telah bernafas udara yang sama dengan anak anda di nursery.

Atau di pasar malam.
Atau di shopping complex.
Atau di kerusi teksi yang anda duduki.

It can be found in higher amounts in certain environments, especially those where people are spending a great deal of time in close proximity to each other (day care centers, military barracks)." - Wikipedia.

today is just a usual day, the day that I went to school and came back then looked at my notes..just looking without studying *sigh

just a class of practical, OPERATIVE DENTISTRY :') * im not prefer if only a hour for class , bazir baju nak pakai :p

lots with a lots flow of money :') *crying inside
but they are good for my future, to get practice soon with my patients :D

"this semester you will train with mistakes, do a lot of mistakes, dun cry, just do it, you may use a lot of ivory teeth for every session as much as u can " *doktor praktikal ckp td 

so Halia dun cry or give up k.. inshaAllah u will be better if u have spirit to learn n ask a lot if u dun know,, ask doctor to teach u, learn from ur mistakes, practice and practice :)

Spring 2014

Assalamualaikum dan good evening everyone :)

I have a lot of story to with u. but I dont know which part i should start :(

lets be positive and fokus on study first :)

tomorrow is my first day of 4th sem :D
so i've prepared some notebooks and my daily schedule :)
Alhamdulillah :)

I got in mind about my new strategy to be master of study,,haha
I want to join studygroup :)
who wants me to be ur study partner?
*please :'(

I think I should be more serious and be more positive.
Ignore others whose may lose ur spirit.
be with someone who always be on urside to support u :)
and be a good friend to help each other :)

always read a motivation words
pray to Allah to give u strength and bless u
